- Prostat-max, cold-pressed pumpkin oil is a product of high nutritional value, highly valued for its specific, noble smell and taste.
- Pumpkin seeds have a high percentage of protein, 30-40%, the content of total carbohydrates ranges from 10-20%, water about 5%, about 2% of mineral substances and pectin. It is rich in fat-soluble vitamins (D and K), vitamins B1 and B2, cellulose, phosphoric and salicylic acid.
- It also contains fatty acids, and contains many trace components that have a positive effect on the human body (anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, cardioprotective). It belongs to the group of high-quality salad oils, and is obtained by squeezing dried pumpkin seeds.
