VEGA Corn Flour White 1KG
The production of white corn flour in the plant of the company “VEGA ADM” is carried out in 3 phases. The first stage is the removal of impurities, i.e. everything that is not a healthy grain of corn. The second stage is the removal of surface impurities, especially the top cap, which is the most polluted part of the grain. The grain prepared in this way is ground to the granulation that is most suitable for the specific purpose. Grinding is done on a millstone specially adjusted for that purpose.
White corn flour is mainly used for the production of proja and polenta, the favorite dishes of these regions. The ground germ gives the products a special taste and smell.
