DELIVERY INFORMATION
ORDERS
An order is deemed to be received when the goods are selected and placed in your shopping cart and the order is successfully transmitted online.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Depending on stock availability, orders will be dispatch between 1-5 day business days of the order being received & payment processed.We deliver using both a Courier and AU Post services. Delivery time may take 1-10 working days and will depend upon your choice of shipment method and destination. Actual delivery to your door may happen any time during the hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.Once an order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to track your package. Packages do not require a signature by our carriers as a default for residential addresses and will be left at the shipping address provided at the carrier’s discretion.Our Courier does not deliver to PO boxes. Should you require delivery to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or similar we will use AU Post service if it is available.We strongly recommend you provide alternative delivery instructions such as “leave at rear/front of house or with our next-door neighbor”.When you are providing us with the authority to leave the goods at the location you specified during the checkout process we will do so. Otherwise a card with a phone number will be left . You will need to call the number on the card and request the order to be redelivered at a convenient time. You can also collect your consignment, please refer to the card.
PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
By placing an order for perishable goods(Burek,Cheese,Salami) you are providing us with authority to leave the goods at the location specified by you at the checkout.If order includes at least one perishable item your parcel will be left at your door.Perishable products” are goods that need to be chilled, frozen or require refrigeration and specified by us as such in product description. They will require dry ice to keep it chilled or frozen while in transit and need immidiate refrigeration on arrival.Once an order including perishable goods leave our premises (picked by a courier from our store) we become not liable or responsible for those goods. We will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged, lost or spoiled in transit.Perishable goods are not covered by insurance and no claim will be lodged for spoiled or damaged perishable products. By ordering perishable goods at our website you should assume all risks and responibilities associated with it. We cannot be held responsible for the goods once they have been shipped.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
BRISBANE: ALL ORDERS contaning PERISHABLE goods (Burek,Cevapi,Cheese,Fresh Salami) will be delivered once per week on Saturday (some exceptions are possible) between 7am-11am. All other orders could be dispatched on any day of the week.
GOLD COAST: ALL ORDERS contaning PERISHABLE goods (Burek,Cevapi,Cheese,Fresh Salami) will be delivered once per week on Friday(some exceptions are possible) between 9am-12am. All other orders could be dispatched on any day of the week.
QLD other-NSW-VIC-SA-WA-TAS-NT: We are NOT shipping perishable goods (Burek.Cevapi,Fresh Salami) to this area. All other orders (including Smoked Fermented Prepacked Meat ) could be dispached on any day of the week.
SUNSHINE COAST
We are NOT shipping perishable goods (Burek.Cevapi) to this area. All other orders (including Smoked Fermented Prepacked Meat ,Cheese) could be dispached on any day of the week.
NEW ZEALAND
We are NOT shipping perishable goods (Burek.Cevapi,Meat) to this area. All other orders could be dispached on any day of the week.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If the product or some of the products you have ordered is not available at the time of order processing, we will:
1. send you a partial order and refund a part of the payment or
2. replace the products with similar items.
