Nettle is a perennial herbaceous plant, present on all continents. It can be found in forests, meadows and pastures.
Nettle contains amino acids, minerals: potassium and iron, vitamins: C and K.
It is a good diuretic, antihemorrhagic, antidiabetic.
PURPOSE:
They are used for problems due to chronic venous insufficiency, such as pain and heaviness in the legs, night cramps, itching and swelling in the legs.
It is used as:
- Diuretic,
- Auxiliary therapy of inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.
USE:
Use 3 times a day, 20-30 drops in a little water, tea or warm milk.
