Valerian is a perennial herb. In Serbia, it grows as a wild plant, next to streams, rivers, in meadows with more moisture.
PURPOSE:
Valerian herbal drops help with tension, irritability. They have a sedative effect and have a beneficial effect on stress reduction and sleep regulation. It has an antispasmodic and relaxing effect.
USE:
Use 3 times a day, 20-30 drops in a little water, tea or warm milk.
